Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for processing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with orders, billing, and shipments - - - - - - - Respond to customer/consumer inquiries via telephone, fax, and e-mail within established time guidelines and in a professional and courteous manner. Escalate complaints involving sickness or injury to Manager. - - - - - - - Log all details of conversations and follow ups as necessary - - - - - - - Prepare and process responses, refunds, and form letters as directed by management or in accordance with established programs and protocols. - - - - - - - Provide clerical and administrative support to Management, Sales staff, and Quality Control as requested - - - - - - - This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. - This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. Perform other duties as assigned. -Required Skills - - - - - - - 1-3 years of experience in related field is preferred. - - - - - - - Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.Possesses working knowledge of all general office equipment - - - - - - -
High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience is required. - - - - - - -
Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available. - - - - - - -
