Base hourly pay is $16-18/hr. Qualified candidates are also eligible for a retention bonus of up to $350 after 12 weeksof work. All Jersey Mike's team members are expected to be: - Responsible and reliable - Courteous and kind - Hard working - Friendly - Good team players As a Shift Lead, you will do all the jobs of a Crew member in addition to: - Leading and running excellent shifts, - Overseeing daily task list completion and quality, - Using communication skills to motivate team members, - Helping resolve customer issues when a manager is not available, - Leading by example with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, and - Embracing policies and standard operating procedures. A Full Time Shift Lead is expected to work at least 30 hours per week. Our restaurants are open to customers from 10 am to 9 pm daily, 7 days a week. The opening shift starts at 7:00 am and the closing shift ends at 9:30 pm. All of our hourly employees earn a share of all the tips during the pay period proportionally to the hours they worked.
