lookout for a passionate individual to join our team at the Geneva
ChopHouse, a contemporary atmosphere with exceptional cuisine,

extensive wine list delivered by superior service. As a Part Time
Host/Hostess, you will greet and escort guests to their tables,
maintaining courteous and efficient dining room operations to
ensure superior guest satisfaction. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is
a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top
Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning,
all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the
WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness
facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and

What will you be doing? Meet and greet guests as they arrive.
Ensure even distribution of tables for each server. Escort guests
to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of
specials. Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for
reservations and special functions in the restaurant. Verbally
communicate to server the table number sat and the number of
guests. Beverage table if needed and/or time allows. Clean and
display proper menus before, during, and after shift. Assist with
all to-go orders. Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed and
perform other duties as assigned per Manager. What do you bring to
the role? No prior experience required; hospitality or customer
service experience preferred. Handle customer complaints with
empathy and provide proactive solutions. Proficient in English for
guest requests, memos, and reservations. Ability to work POS system
and cash handling experience preferred. Maintain a clean and
organized environment. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
on occasion as well as move through crowded rooms to seat guests.
Ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items.
