knowledgeablePayroll Associate Ito administer payroll functions for
one of ALDI's many divisions. Using BlueYonder, UltiPro, excel and
an internally developed Payroll Administrative Suite, you will work
alongside a team of peers to calculate wages, administer payments,
update employee information and address employee questions. Our
ideal candidate is customer service oriented, has payroll
processing or similar experience, is familiar with managing large
amounts of data, is comfortable with excel and has great
communication and organizational skills. We also value integrity,
optimism and a strong work ethic. Position Type: Full-TimeStarting
Wage: $23.25 per hourWork Location: Naperville, ILThis role is
eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows
remote work up to 5 days per week (with a requirement to work
in-office at least 1 day per month) Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable
accommodation. Prepares, processes, reconciles and audits payroll
data within the company payroll system. Maintains payroll data
files and employee personnel files in accordance with company
policy and procedures, as well as an efficient and well-organized
filing system for the department ensuring items are archived and
disposed of per company guidelines. Generates wage and hour reports
as requested by management. Reconciles quarterly reports to ensure
accurate wage and tax liability. Prepares and reconciles manual
journal entries and distributes to Accounting for entry into the
General Ledger system. Works proactively to identify, investigate,
and report irregularities within designated area of responsibility.
Conducts training and cross training of knowledge and expertise
within area of responsibility. Communicates with internal and
external auditors, attorneys and government agencies as required.
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant
information to direct leader. Upholds the security and
confidentiality of documents and data within area of
responsibility. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: ALDI

skills. Proficient in data entry and typing. Understands,
reconciles and substantiates balances in associated General Ledger
accounts. Displays expense and cost control in
decision-making.Education and Experience: High School Diploma / GED
required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Or,
a combination of education and experience providing equivalent
knowledge. Associate's Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting or related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Work
is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone
and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one
area to another. Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25
