With teams including Administration, Employee Communications, Payroll & Benefits, Human Resource Information Systems, Legal, Risk & Security, Recruitment and Training & Development, HR makes sure that ALDI continues to employ talented and motivated people that are focused on preserving the supportive culture we're known for.Position Type: Full-TimeStarting Wage: $28.00/hourWork Location: Naperville, ILThis role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week)Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.--- Serves as a point-of-contact for divisions and third party partnerships regarding recruitment marketing resources and hiring needs.--- Provides consultative recommendations to divisions to help increase application flow through increased and enhanced recruitment marketing efforts (i.e. job boards, digital platforms, social media, etc.).--- Utilizing excel tools (pivot tables, pivot charts, formulas, etc.) to build out monthly reports for divisions/departments to evaluate application flow and media performance.--- Utilizing excel & Sharepoint to track all media/marketing requests from divisions and collaborate with team members regarding current requests.--- Analyze historical data within excel to strategically develop media/marketing plans for specific cities/towns, stores, jobs, divisions, etc.--- Utilizing available reports to determine relevant data in order to implement improvements in any part of the hiring process.--- Understands and takes action based on assigned recruitment analytics and KPIs, such as engagements, application flow.--- Consults with divisions and provides recommendations related to recruitment resources and external marketing efforts; develops and delivers user training.--- Understands Employer Brand Guidelines and amends recruitment material to reflect these guidelines as needed.--- Liaises with third party marketing agency and media/technology providers.--- Maintains a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices regarding talent attraction and the candidate experience and keeps the department up-to-date on trends.--- Recommends improvements to leadership regarding processes, programs and platforms.--- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.--- Perform project management for a variety of multifaceted recruitment marketing projects including developing timelines; collaborating with other teams to drive deliverables and working towards successful completion of project.--- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.--- Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:ALDI Acts Competencies:Perform within ALDI Acts competencies as outlined below.--- Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers.--- Drives for Success: Seizes opportunities and proactively takes concrete actions to complete tasks.
