LaSalle Network is partnering with a real estate company located in Vernon Hills, Illinois! This company is looking for a Payroll Lead to join their team as they are quickly expanding throughout the Chicagoland area. They are looking for someone to assist in the process of payroll as well as find way to improve the process.

This opportunity is a chance for the right person to take the next step in their career and move into a leadership role. This Payroll Lead will have the opportunity to help grow the payroll department and have input on process procedures and improvement.

Payroll Lead Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for at least 300+ multi-state employees
• Assist with process improvement to create a more efficient payroll process
• Take lead on producing all weekly and monthly payroll runs
• Oversee pre-and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures
• Other ad hoc payroll projects
  Payroll Lead Requirements:
  • 4+ years of payroll experience
  • High-volume multi-state payroll preferred
  • Knowledge of large payroll software
