Recruiter Intern - Paid Internship

AGI is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter Intern to join our team. As a Recruiter Intern, you will assist our HR team in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for various positions. You will work closely with our recruiters to identify and engage with top talent, schedule interviews, and provide support throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist with candidate sourcing using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking events
--- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
--- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
--- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms
--- Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires
--- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system

Qualifications:
--- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
--- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
