organization. Through curriculum development, facilitation, and
hands-on coaching, you'll empower our field sales teams to grow,
sell smarter, and save lives! Position Summary: We are seeking an
adult-learning professional to train and coach talent in our high
growth sales organization. Provide our account executives with the
tools they need to be successful. Candidates must have demonstrated
experience in coaching or training sales individuals or teams in a
business environment.This Sales Trainer position allows for a blend
of on-site and remote work: 2-3 days/week in office and other days
remote. The ability to travel, up to 25% is required. Travel may
include weekend or overnight travel to deliver sales training
in-region/in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training & Facilitation - Bring energy and expertise to every
session, creating an interactive and engaging learning experience
that sticks.
- Sales Coaching - Provide real-time, impactful coaching for
field sales professionals to sharpen their skills and boost
performance.
- Leadership Development - Guide and inspire leaders through
sales and leadership programs that cultivate growth and
success.
- New Hire Training - Help onboard and equip new sales team
members with the tools they need to hit the ground running.
- Travel & Adventure - Be ready to hit the road! This role
requires 25% travel, including some weekends and overnight trips.
Field visits and regional calls are a vital part of your role as a
trusted advisor to your stakeholders.
- Curriculum Development - Design and deliver cutting-edge
learning solutions that engage and motivate across multiple
platforms.
- Learning Space Design - Create training environments that are
functional, social, and visually stimulating to enhance learning
outcomes.
- Collaboration & Influence - Build strong, consultative
relationships with account executives, becoming their trusted
training partner.
- Training Logistics - Oversee scheduling, attendance tracking,
and training documentation.
- Professional Development - Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing
research, training, and skill development to elevate your
impact.Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent/GED required. Bachelor's
Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience delivering adult training and coaching
in a business setting.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and blended learning
strategies makes you a pro at designing training that actually
sticks!
- 2+ years of delivering impactful development programs,
leadership forums, and/or hands-on experiential learning with
diverse audiences.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the
ability to captivate a room, simplify complex ideas, and inspire
action. Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- You're resourceful and proactive. Whether solo or
collaborating, you get things done!
- You excel in fast-paced settings, easily adapting to diverse
learners and training conditions.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is a must! Bonus
points if you're experienced with e-learning platforms or digital
training tools.
- You have a genuine passion for helping others grow, with an
ability to coach, mentor, and elevate learning experiences that
drive results.
- You know how to navigate organizational dynamics, build strong
relationships, and work cross-functionally to create game-changing
learning experiences.
