Our leading financial client located in Naperville is currently seeking a Lending Business Analyst for an exciting long-term contract opportunity!
 
Specific duties and responsibilities of the Lending Business Analyst job include:
•Collaborates with business partners, including senior management, to define business objectives, process, and requirements.
•Within the context of the project, leads discussions with business partners to better understand the business environment, to determine potential impacts on the project scope and objectives, and to modify the requirements management plan, if required.
•Identifies and documents project requirements in order to capture required outcomes and ultimately support the business’s overall objectives.
•Ensures all necessary stakeholders are engaged in communications between the Information Technology (IT) project team and the business to help identify who should be involved in the identification and development of the requirements.
 
Minimum requirements and experience for this job are:
•5 -7 years of solid Business Analysis experience.
•Must have 2+ years of recent experience working on a lending project. This could include Mortgage, Loan, Home Equity, and Vehicle Finance, etc.
•Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills in addition to working with various levels of stakeholders within the business.
•Demonstrates solid business knowledge of the Finance/Banking industry and Lending Systems.
•Possesses solid business understanding and knowledge of the use of technology and applications in business.
•Solid knowledge of project management and the system development life cycle.
