As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.Essential Functions--Provide guidance and mentoring to other Developers/Analysts.Collaborates with others on requirement specifications and documentation.Effectively translate business needs into technical solutions/requirements and technical solutions into business terms.Perform analysis, design, implementation, and training on solutions.Maintain the production systems as necessary to support the business, including participation in an on-call rotation schedule.Ability to document and develop data models, detailed programming specifications and estimates, system testing plans, integration testing plans, and unit testing plans.
