proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to
join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be
responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all
inbound and outbound shipments. Your work will directly support our
reputation for reliability and top-tier service in the industry.
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour Responsibilities: Coordinate and
oversee all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and
accurate delivery. Develop and implement efficient shipping and
receiving processes to enhance operational productivity.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any shipping discrepancies
and improve service reliability. Maintain accurate records of all
shipments and inventory to support seamless operations. Communicate
effectively with vendors and carriers to ensure smooth logistics
and resolve any issues promptly. Lead and mentor the shipping and
receiving team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
collaboration. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory
requirements to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
involved. Qualifications: Experience in coordinating and overseeing
inbound and outbound shipments in a logistics environment. Ability
to develop and implement efficient shipping and receiving processes
that enhance productivity. Proven track record of collaborating
with team members to resolve shipping discrepancies and improve
service reliability. Strong skills in maintaining accurate records
of shipments and inventory to support seamless operations.
Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and
carriers to ensure smooth logistics. Leadership experience in
mentoring a team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
and collaboration. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
to maintain a secure work environment for all involved. About
