Job Description Job Description Logistics Analyst D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dispatch team as a full-time Logistics Analyst. This person will be cross-trained on various duties and is integral to the company’s success. Transportation/supply chain experience is preferred but not required. This is a non-exempt and onsite position with a $22 hourly wage (negotiable according to experience) with reviews at 3 and 6 months. A strong performer will be poised for career growth. Sample Duties and Responsibilities: Navigate website portals to schedule delivery appointments Prepare and generate dispatch documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, bills of lading, proof of delivery) Enter data into Transportation Management System (TMS) Assist in resolving driver issues (e.g., detentions, breakdowns, weather delays) Required skills: Collaborative with strong listening/communication skills Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment Geographic awareness of United States Benefits: ?
