Location: Franklin, WI | Onsite Opportunity Do you have experience in running or operating some type of printing presses, printing machines, or related equipment in a printing company, post office, advertising company, etc.? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! We're seeking a Print Mail Operator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality communications to customers, financial reps, and home office clients. In this role, you will conduct the printing and mailing of critical business materials—everything from policy statements to confidential financial documents. What You’ll Be Doing: Operate and maintain high-speed printers and automated inserting equipment like a pro. Prioritize print and mail jobs based on service level agreements and production schedules. Perform QA checks, sort, and package printed materials for distribution. Assemble and mail highly confidential documents with absolute accuracy and care. What You Bring: Some experience in operating printing/mailing machines and related equipment Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines closely
