Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
2nd Shift Saw Operator to join their production team. As a 2nd
Shift Saw Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing
department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a
proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Saw Operator Location: New
Berlin, WI Pay Range: Shift: 3pm - 11pm What's the Job? Operate
semi-automated sawing equipment to accurately cut excess material
from elastomer couplings. Perform quality checks by measuring,
inspecting, and evaluating finished parts to ensure they meet
specifications. Conduct visual inspections during and after sawing
to maintain high-quality output. Assist in routine maintenance
tasks such as blade changes and equipment performance checks.
Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
to ensure a safe working environment. What's Needed? Previous
experience operating machinery or saws in a production environment
preferred. Ability to read and interpret work instructions,
blueprints, and measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and
comfort with repetitive tasks. Ability to follow safety procedures
and work effectively in a team. Manual dexterity and physical
ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed. What's in
