Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider in the printing and mailing
industry, is seeking a Print Mail Operator to join their team. As a
Print Mail Operator, you will be part of the production team
supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will
have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills,
and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Print Mail Operator
3rd shift Location: Franklin, WI Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Shift:
3rd shift 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM What's the Job? Set up and operate
printing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency during
production runs. Perform quality assurance verification, sorting,
and packaging of printed output for distribution. Insert forms,
documents, and letters along with appropriate materials for
delivery. Conduct daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning
and minor repairs. Monitor operations performance and document
service calls as needed. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of
experience in a similar role. Proficiency in operating printing and
inserting/mailing equipment. Ability to prioritize workflow to meet
established service level agreements. Strong attention to detail
and commitment to quality assurance. Effective communication skills
to collaborate with team members and respond to inquiries. What's
