Description:Job Summary:-This position will carry out incoming, in-process and final quality inspection on products to ensure that they conform to the required standards of the company's procedures, work instructions, assist in First Article inspection, and use product blueprints and process sheet assembly instructions to evaluate product and process nonconformities.Hours:-2nd Shift: 3:30-12:00pm-Will work Saturday's during busy periods. Saturday hours are 12:00-5:00pm.-The candidate will receive a $2 increase in pay for covid in addition to a 25 cent shift differential increase.Role and Responsibilities:-Conduct incoming, in-process and/or final inspection -Review readiness to start work order via pre-work order checklist -Monitor production adherence to process sheet assembly instructions. -Record inspection activity results. I.e incoming, in-process inspection and final inspection -Identify product and process nonconformities -Maintain yield, test data, CoC & other reports as required. -Operate mechanical, electrical and dimensional measuring equipment, including calipers, voltmeters, and pull gauges. -Provide training, assistance or mentoring to QA Inspectors on inspection techniques and procedures.
