Job Description:

Provides spiritual care ministry, guidance and comfort to patients, families and employees of Edward Hospital. In doing so, visits patients and responds to their spiritual, religious, and emotional needs. Provides counsel and outside resource referrals to employees when requested, facilitate support groups, facilitate spirituality seminars, and provide worship opportunities for patients and staff. Duties include responding to routine and critical requests for ministry, maintaining departmental records, and the like. A flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holiday hours is required. # Requirements: # #Minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education at an accredited educational site # Preferred: # #Bachelor#s Degree # #Experience in small group leadership and development # ? # ?
