Counselor (LPC). You will provide and oversee the provision of
psychosocial and mental health care for patients and families.
Conduct bio-psychosocial assessment, triage and provide behavioral
health treatment. We are looking for individuals who will perform
clinical evaluations, interventions and planning for patients with
diverse psychosocial backgrounds. Work effectively as part of
interdisciplinary health care team. Provide clinical services to
patients/families that address psychosocial, environmental, age
specific and cultural issues in order to maximize emotional, social
and physical well being and the effective use of health care and
community resources. Also eventually participate at FBH community
events to promote the practice and behavioral health as members of
FBH if that opportinity arrises.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED ' LICENSED in
Illnois Grounded Experience in psychotherapy in Behavioral Health
Ready to start work ASAP.
Willingness to work with the team on completing Insurance
billing/lab/medicine or any clinical concern relevant to the
practice Complete our candidate personality assessment to ensure we
all fit in well with each other Excellent baseline knowledge set
Knowledge and willing to improve any defecits if they arrise.
Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation skills
necessary to work within a team Maintain a professional, courteous,
and positive attitude at work An appropriate and positive sense of
humor Clinical experience, understanding of, and comfort working
with child, adolescent or adult patients. (we do not accept
exclusive geriatric or substance use treatment disorder patients)
Understanding of psychiatric & family system problems & ability to
learn or already can formulate succinct case summaries.
Competent assessment and treatment skills and willing to work with
insurance as appropriate Excellent organizational skills and
ability to set and follow through with priorities Strong ability to
communicate effectively Strong interpersonal skills enabling
effective team collaboration Able to maintain HIPAA Open to asking
for support on patient cases when patient case is above your
experience level Flexible and able to adapt to change as
approrpiate Comfortable with canines and pet therapy

Completes personal duties on timely basis and make sure to
