Under supervision, prepare studies on operational business processes, including collecting economic, technological, industry, customer, and fulfillment delivery data.  Develops and implements metrics, reports, and tools to monitor operational analytics.  Analyzes results and identifies opportunities for improvement.  Supports cross-functional teams with data and metrics to drive initiatives to improve division bottom line profit results.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collects information regarding customers, products, revenue, costs, etc. to evaluate results and operational data sources to provide to cross functional teams and business leaders.
  • Work with other members of the Operations Team and business to retrieve relevant, and necessary data for various initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as Technical Business Administrator for key division business applications, such as PSA.
  • Apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to analyze current procedures and make recommendations.
  •  Build, develop and maintain division wide data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to key stakeholders.
  •  Develops and maintains databases.
  •  Train other members of the business on reporting and metrics.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  •  PowerBI, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics reporting experience.
  •  Highly collaborative and strong communication skills
  •  Experience with MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, etc.)
  •  Experience with VBA and basic macro functionality
  •  University degree in computer science, business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline
