Client Service Specialist will partner with financial advisory
teams to deliver client service support. This person will be
responsible for the comprehensive servicing of client accounts and
overseeing the processes that are critical to ensure our clients
receive timely, high-quality, and compliant documentation and
service execution. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with financial advisory teams to provide comprehensive
client service and support functions such as new client onboarding,
account creation, asset transfers, and money movement
- Manage client service workflows and tasks across multiple
custodians
- Design and execute on personalized client onboarding
experience
- Keep client information updated at custodians and within
internal systems
- Handle cash management and trade processing activities
including staging and reviewing wire transfers, monitoring client
cash balances, and resolving issues as they arise
- Process and oversee distribution of account documentation,
monthly statements, payment documents, and perform various other
middle office functions to support our clients' priorities
- Assist in quality control review of performance reports, CRM
data, and other documents
- Serve as a liaison between financial advisors, Mirador teams,
accountants, attorneys
- Complete ad hoc client support tasks as neededSkills &
Experience
- 3-8 years of client service or relevant financial industry
experience preferred
- Excellent client relation skills and the ability to foster and
maintain exceptional client service
- Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Wealth Management's products, policies, and
practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an
organized approach to duties and responsibilities
- Devotion to collaboration and ability to thrive in a team
environment while working independently
- Must be proactive in assessing and acting upon client and
company needs
- Ability to evaluate, manage, and resolve unexpected and complex
situations
- High degree of flexibility and professionalism in a demanding,
expanding and a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with learning and leveraging new technologies to
