Job Description:
A technology solutions provider is searching for a person to
fill their position for a Remote Training Specialist.
Must be able to:
Work with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training
materials and develop course curriculum
Maintain and enhance existing training materials, plans, and
manuals to improve training effectiveness
Develop professional enrichment and skill building training for
existing employees
Position Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree or educational, instructional design, or
technical training certification.
Minimum 3-6 years' experience in training within a business or
corporate context, preferred
Able to stay current with product software development to define
best practices
Must be a team player and able to work in a time sensitive, high
pressure deadline driven environment
Experience with instructional design strategies for users with
varying skill sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
