We do everything we can to make sure you are given the tools and resources you need to satisfy our customers. Job Duties: Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information Provide exceptional and timely customer service Experience required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver---s license 2 years--- experience as an in-home service provider Excellent customer service skills Computer skills Excellent communication skills Mechanical and electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 pounds Benefits: Van, computer, cell phone, gas card and uniforms are provided.
