Find your fit in one of our National Projects roles.In this role the National Projects Coordinator I will be responsible for supporting ALDIs Project Management Center of Excellence(COE). - The ideal candidate is comfortable in a high visibility role and has strong Microsoft 365 skills, presentation skills and an ability to change direction quickly. The objective of this role is to support the COE in offering Project Managers a collaborative platform to connect with others and training that supports standardized approaches to Project Management.Position Type: Full-TimeWork Location: -Naperville, ILThis role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week -(i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week)Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.--- -Collaborates with Direct Leader in the development and communication of Project Management content and training.--- -Communicates and informs their direct leader of issues, status, and results of assigned tasks appropriately.--- Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.--- Develops and executes plans for smaller scale projects.--- Assists their direct leader in implementation and rollouts of large-scale projects.--- Coordinates the involvement of multiple business stakeholders.--- Analyzes working procedures with the objective to identify best practices and improve efficiencies.--- Collects action items and takes meeting minutes.--- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.--- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.--- Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications: ALDI Acts Competencies:Perform within ALDI Acts competencies as outlined below.--- Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers. - - - - ---- Drives for Success: Seizes opportunities and proactively takes concrete actions to complete tasks.
