Join our team to grow in your career while building stronger, healthier communities.Job LocationOffice location: Elk Grove Village, ILCommunities served: Mainly Northwest suburbs, approx. 15-mile radius from Elk Grove Village.Job Scope: This position acts as the licensed clinician working on an ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team in the Northwest Suburbs. Provide assessment and treatment planning utilizing IM+CANS tool. Support ACT team members to provide a range of individualized treatment services to individuals with serious mental illness.Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Accommodation for medical and religious exemption will be considered.
