Job Description:
Our Human Resources Department is focused on ALDIs most valuable

In this role the HR Generalist I - Recruitment Solutions will be
responsible for the implementation of recruitment technology and
identifying and implementing of recruitment process improvement
projects while working with cross functional teams, including IT,
HRIS and recruitment selection. The ideal candidate will have
experience with recruitment technology (either implementation or
improvement) and have experience with project organization and a
detail orientation. The chosen candidate will understand data usage
and will enjoy being part of a highly functional team.

Work Location: Naperville, IL
This role is eligible to participate in ALDIs Hybrid Work Program,
which allows remote work up to 3 days per week(i.e., work remotely
up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per
week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable
accommodation.
Researches and identifies policy and procedure additions and
revisions, presenting solution- oriented proposals, including
implementation plans, to HR Leadership and various business
partners.
Leads communicative collaboration with various business partners to
develop and deliver the necessary resources to effectively
communicate policy and procedural updates to employees.
Recognizes cross-functional training and development opportunities
within the team and collaborates with direct leader to create and
implement cross-functional training processes.
Informs direct leader of status and results of assigned tasks,
proactively identifying project concerns and proposing solutions,
as appropriate.
Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
Serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR Administration
initiatives and assists subject matter experts.
Oversees and addresses the HR Administration team inbox and
associated process, providing training and guidance to team
members, as needed.
Leads HR projects and initiatives: develops project plans,
coordinates implementation and involvement of business
stakeholders.
Identifies priorities among tasks, deliverables, resources and
schedule based on needs of assigned project, communicating to
project support team members, as needed.
Leads the development and implementation of new and/or revised
policies and procedures; including preparation and maintenance of
the Employee Handbook.
Evaluates reporting needs for assigned projects, collaborating with
necessary working groups, in order to provide creative and
quantitative data to determine ROI for Leadership and various
business partners.
Identifies and completes appropriate project documentation,
effectively communicating the status and potential organizational
impact that may results out of the projects completion.
Remains current on federal, state and local employment laws and
regulations impacting Human Resources; identifying developing
trends within the industry, liaising with the Legal team to ensure
documentation of possible impacts to the Company.
Assists with implementation and rollout of large-scale
projects.
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant
information to leadership.
Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data
within area of responsibility.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
required.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
required.
Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent
knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment where a computer,
telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform
duties.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one
area to another.
Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25
lbs.
Travel:
