**Description**We're looking for someone who excels at generating creative solutions to technical issues. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this may be the position for you! You will make an impact for our team! **You must work on site at our Naperville, IL office** WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Monitor Help Desk queues and provide support to end users, managers and staff in a hybrid work environment * Support a mixed environment of OSX and Windows * Assist with new user computers and workstations using the guidelines for a successful on-boarding * Setup webinars and company meetings * Create knowledgebase articles for common issues * Assist with backup scheduling, monitoring and verification * YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE * 2+ years working in an AD environment with Office 365 in a 175+ user environment * Ability to display independent judgment with good problem-solving skills * Excellent client service and communication skills, detail oriented and self-motivated * Certifications are a plus * Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tickets and work flexibly and quickly * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment * Strong organizational skills * You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team while also having personal accountability and autonomy in your role.
