Our client is a PE backed manufacturer with multiple locations in Chicagoland and across the nation. Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing to aid CNC programming and help support production developing process routing CNC cutting and punch press.Client Details

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
  • Create CNC programs for punch press and lasers insuring proper materials usage and accuracy
  • Creates and maintains Work Orders and Engineering Masters for Company ERP system
  • Implement LEAN methodology and Continuous Improvement on current processes
  • Coordinating capital expenditures with other departments
  • Troubleshoot inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Commit to development through training Profile
    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
    • Strong LEAN and CI experience
    • At least 3 years of experience
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong experience with CAD software
    • Problem solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities
    • Experience with ERP
    • Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor Job Offer
      • Base salary between $70,000-$90,000, depending on related experience
      • Target bonus at 10% - based on plant, individual, and team metrics
