In this role you will be one of the nuclei of the quality department by providing support across all departments. Within this role you will gain hands on experience from the QM assisting them in all quality aspects of the business. • Lead Customer Interactions and field customer complaints
• Lead Root Cause investigations and Corrective and Preventative actions
• Experience with Product and Process Validations: IQ, PQ, OQ
• Monitor and record department KPI's and Metrics
• Assist in Quality department intitativeProfile
  • Experience interfacing with customers
  • Experience lead root cause investigations
  • Leading CAPA initiatives
  • Familiar with Validations
  • Experience tracking and recording KPI data
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
