Description: -Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone -Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues - Send tracking orders to customers -Process online orders -50 phone calls per day (can vary) -Respond to customer emails -Other duties as assigned. Hours: (rotating) 730-4 (opener) 830-5(mid) 9:30-6 (closer) Skills: Customer service, Call center, Inbound call, Customer support, Customer service call center Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience Excel Microsoft outlook Multitasking Strong tenure Comfortable in a face paced environment Experience Level: Entry Level
