Specialist for one of its clients in Naperville, IL. As a Help Desk
Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless
end-user experiences with technology. Collaborating with our
Infrastructure, Applications, and Managed Services teams, you'll be
the first point of contact for all IT requests, providing technical
support for hardware, software, printers, phone systems, and other
IT resources. Your responsibilities will also include setting up IT
orientations and contributing to ongoing end-user training and
education. This is a contract-to-hire hybrid opportunity requiring
weekly onsite support in Naperville, IL.
