Internal Agency-Spec Proc TechCompensation: $80/hour 8 work week-assignments. In this non-benefited resource#role, candidates will be asked to agree to a minimal schedule of 36 hours per week.# Following an 8-week period, assignments may be extended or new assignments may be offered. General Summary: Assists physician in conducting diagnostics and/or invasive procedures by preparing equipment and patients for procedures, and attending to patients# needs according to established policies and procedures.# Cleans and prepares a variety of sterile and non sterile equipment, catheters and the like, and troubleshoots equipment to ensure same is working properly. Location: Edward hospital Hours: 10 hour shifts # Registry; 8 Week Assignments Required: IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure, ARRT (R) (American Registry of Radiological Technology) (Radiology) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required or must attain ACLS certification with twelve months of hire.# Current incumbents have until November 1, 2010 to acquire ACLS certification, and Current CPR certification issued either by American Heart Association or Red Cross Preferred: A minimum 1 year exp in: Neuroscience, Catheterization Lab, or Special Procedures

Compensation: $80/hour

Required:

* IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure,
