Job Description:
Our Client, in Chicago Suburbs, has an opportunity for a Inside
Sales Manager. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the incumbent in this
position will be responsible for managing, recruiting, developing
and motivating a team of inside sales representatives. The Duties
include, but are not limited to:
? Identify and qualify prospects and sales opportunities in
designated markets.
? Collaborate with outside sales and marketing on qualifying
prospects.
? Conduct sales appointments and presentations over the phone with
potential customers.
? Uncover new sales opportunities and increase customer base.
? On-board of new customers and set-up of new Livingston
accounts.
? Coordinate sales activities with other Livingston internal
contacts throughout the various departments in the company.
? Apply a complete knowledge of all the organization?s
products/services and policies.
? Keep records in a database of all prospects and maintain records
of all phases of activities.
Required Education & Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience
? 2+ years of sales management with peer coaching and business
development (preferably of an inside sales team)
? Strong MS Office skills (including Word, Excel and Power
Point)
? Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
? Experience in customs brokerage or transportation industry is an
asset
