Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and senior leaders to prioritize strategic
initiatives for business outcomes
Design and execute organization effectiveness strategies to improve
experiences for leaders and associates
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to implement change
management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
5+ years of experience in Change Management and Organization
Effectiveness
Ability to adapt frameworks to meet business needs
Experience managing complex projects effectively
Capability to work independently in a matrix team environment
