A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide
technical assistance and client support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and troubleshoot common client incidents
Document incidents, workarounds, and resolutions for future
reference
Provide client support via LiveChat, email, and direct
communication
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer
Support/Success
Enterprise (B2B) Client Support experience with a SaaS product
Demonstrated career progression with leadership impact
Experience working with offshore support resources preferred
Highly self-motivated with experience in remote team
collaboration
