Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I (MT/PT).
Key Responsibilities
Manage all support tickets and assist with live chat support as
needed
Collaborate with Project Coordinators on escalated support issues
and track user feedback
Develop processes for customer satisfaction and manage incentive
payments
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
Experience providing support through written formats (email, live
chat, etc.)
Experience responding to a high volume of customer support tickets
and chats
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Must have a United States address and be authorized to work without
Visa sponsorship
