Job Description:
Ecolab is seeking a Senior Associate IT Operations Analyst to be
responsible for providing support via monitoring, troubleshooting,
and issue resolution and escalation ensuring a superior level of
customer service. This position requires an exemplary background in
customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills,
as well as technical support and analytical skills. A candidate
will regularly work with all levels of support to troubleshoot,
gather data, and update necessary Knowledge articles with the
express goal of providing the best user experience possible. This
position is in Naperville, IL and will require onsite support.

What You Will Do:
Use basic analysis techniques to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
as well as assisting in performing root cause analysis on
problems
Using remote control software, you will provide onsite and remote
support.
Conduct regular interaction with IT users using basic customer
service skills and communication skills
Work collaboratively with project team members and other support
functions on activities related to IT
Perform basic incident and problem analysis as required to resolve
incidents and requests
Work with IT and global support teams to act as a local IT resource
as required to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a
high service availability level
Provide AV setup and support
Remote & onsite deskside PC/Mac hardware printer & software
support
Tracking & documenting problems to resolution
Back up Executive support
AV setup and support
Knowledge creation and improvement
Manage team incident/task queues and assist team with
prioritization/resolution
Assist with project completion - i.e., network hardware upgrades,
pc rollouts, software deployments
Conduct regular interaction with IT users using basic customer
service skills and communication skills
Work collaboratively with project team members and other support
functions on activities related to IT
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in PC hardware/software support
1 years supporting AV equipment and meeting setups
Proficient knowledge of Office365, Windows 10
Experience with: Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, ServiceNow, Bomgar
and Microsoft Teams
Basic knowledge of mobile phone troubleshooting
Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
1 years of experience supporting Executive level clients
Windows 11 experience
Agile familiarity
