  • Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems
  • Researches, analyzes, and provides solutions that meet the customer's needs
  • Resolves customer inquiries and problems on first contact
  • Provides customers with account information
  • Resolves or refers billing disputes
  • Correcting payment errors, account maintenance , and researching customer problems that could not be resolved during the initial contactBasic Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Two to four years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills and Experience
      • Knowledge of Logistics/Freight concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services
      • Effective client communications and research skills
      • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
      • De-escalation skills
      • Experience using web based CRMS (Customer Relationship Management System)
      • Responsible for resolving client inquiries on 1st contact or Resolve & enhance client experience by research and analyzing to provide consultative solutions to meet client needs
