Job Description:

Services you will be providing:A Remediation Technician assembles and congifures Chromebooks, Laptops, iPads, Macbook Laptops daily. This position will report to our Addison Office at least five days a week working anywhere from 8-12 hours per day. Overtime will be paid.Some field work and installation may be required depending on workload and work availability. Assistance with moving product within the warehouse facility using pallet lacks may be required.Organizing product and inventory on a regular basis.The job may include other duties that may not be described but fall within the job's responsibilities. Our Ideal Candidate:-Two to four years of minimal experience with computer devices (Desktops, Laptops, Chromebooks, Tablets, or Peripherals)-A person who has the ability to lift a device (10-30 lbs.) with a team member (if applicable)-A person who can follow directions-A person who is quality driven about his or her work-Must have reliable transportationJob Requirements:-Work with flexible hours-Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your scope of work, status updates and other pertinent information to a customer, face to face or via telephone.-All applicants are required to provide AAR with consent to pre-employment background check which includes an initial drug test and screening. We require on-going, random drug tests as well.
