Supervisor Sterile Processing# $7500 Sign-On Bonus General Summary: #Under the supervision of the manager of Central Sterile Processing (CSP) ensures seamless delivery of all functions and services.# Supervise activities and personnel to deliver exceptional customer service.# This is accomplished by the supervision of the CSP Technician I, CSP Technician II, Lead Technician and OR Liaison (ORL). Ensures appropriate sterilization policies and procedures are followed. Problem solves operational issues and manages conflict resolution among staff.# Invests time in mentoring, coaching and orienting staff.# Oriented toward providing outcomes that positively influence operations. Assesses and continuously improves workflow processes to determine appropriate work assignments. # Location: Edward Hospital - main campus # Hours: Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm # Required: High School Diploma or GED License/Certification Required: Certification as a sterile processing technician obtained through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM) Two years of certified CSP or O.R. clinical experience # Preferred: Experience as a supervisor, charge or lead technician EEH90

Hours: Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm

Required:

* High School Diploma or GED
* License/Certification Required: Certification as a sterile processing technician obtained through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM)
* Two years of certified CSP or O.R. clinical experience

Preferred:

* Experience as a supervisor, charge or lead technician
