Inc.Location: 1 Horizon Way, Deerfield, IL 60015Position Title: Sr.
Analyst, Business Intelligence Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to
5:00 pm 40 Hours/ WeekSummary of Duties: Analyze business
requirements and implement data mart solutions for data mining and
reporting. Use T-SQL for querying database using Joins, Stored
Procedure, Views. Create Power BI Dashboards, Tiles, Reports and
Visualization charts, and KPIs as per the stakeholders requirement.
Manage Content packs, security level in Power BI services. Use DAX
for creating calculated columns, and measures for aggregating data
from the columns as well as rows. Work closely with QA team and
help them come up with test scenarios. Design the data model based
on star schema and snowflake schemas, create the tables, and
develop the scripts to load the data mart tables. Identify issue
and develop a procedure for correcting the problem, which results
in the improved quality of critical tables by eliminating the
possibility of entering duplicate data in a Data Warehouse. Perform
Extract, Transform, and loading for processing the data into the
Data Warehouse. Present the outcomes to the Senior Team Members and
Stakeholders based on the reports. Perform ad-hoc SQL Queries when
immediate access to data was required. Develop, maintain & manage
all analytical & project-critical reports. Participate in
application design and project planning sessions with developers
and users. Establish and implement standards and strategies for
data management, lifecycle, and quality. Qualifications: The
position requires a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Data
Science, or a related quantitative field and two years of
experience as a Computer Systems Analyst/Developer, Power BI
Developer, or a related occupation.The position requires experience
in the following: Business Intelligence Analytics, Market Research,
and Sales Analytics in the Pharmaceutical Industry or in Business
Analytics Consulting; Business Intelligence tools, including
PowerBI and Tableau; MS Analysis Services and Tabular Models
builds, leveraging DAX for calculated measures or columns; Data
management and enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft SQL
Server; Statistical modeling packages including Python, SAS, and
