Job Summary: Prepares tissues for micro--scopic examination by
Pathologist.-- In doing so, prepares specimens by freezing and
cutting tissue samples, mounting specimens on slides and staining
or treating tissue with chemi--cals to reveal specific structural
details under microscopic analysis.-- Mounts and labels slide, and
prepares solu--tions and reagents according to established
procedures.
Hours:----Full-time; --5:30am-2pm; Includes weekend rotations
Required:
------The knowledge normally gained in two to three years of
education/training after high school
