Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Consultant ZCX who will
engage with customers during implementation to address their
business challenges and recommend optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading discovery sessions with customers to understand their
business challenges and operational needs
Recommending best-fit solutions and configurations to maximize
value within the purchased product scope
Creating and presenting solution documentation and strategies for
customers while providing thought leadership on industry trends
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer experience, contact center, or
WEM consulting roles
Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms and customer
experience technology
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable
recommendations
Experience in leading customer discovery sessions and driving
solution alignment
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively
