HomeWerks Exteriors is a residential roofing, siding and insulation company with our corporate office in Naperville, IL. Our Exteriors Division is expanding, and we are looking for multiple energetic Field Sales Representatives. You will execute sales appointments and work with homeowners on their projects. We invest heavily in all aspects of lead generation to help build our brand and to provide our salespeople with the necessary tools to achieve their financial goals. If you are results driven with a sense of enthusiasm and initiative, we want you on our team! Not a sales expert? No problem. At HomeWerks, we provide the training, active mentorship, and a generous compensation structure to launch you towards success day one. Earning potential can land between $60,000 to $150,000 (uncapped commission) for your first year!
What Youll Get:

• Comprehensive training during your first 2 weeks followed by 2 months of ride a longs with one of two senior Roofing Sales managers. You will master simple processes and proven strategies, to position yourself for success.
• Immediate access to 15+ years of solid experience in the high-demand roof replacement industry with a proven record of rapid growth.
• Your potential is unlimited. Upward mobility opportunities include sales management and beyond with top level performance. We reward hard work with company advancement
  Requirements
  • Ability to pass background check - including criminal check and driving record
  • Valid Drivers License with a good driving history and able to provide a current certificate of vehicle liability insurance.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Able to set ladder and climb roofs and lift to 50lbs with or without accommodations
