Job Description Job description We are partnered with a major outsourced call center setting in Naperville that is searching for an individual who carries experience in bettering the performance of call center teams. As the organization grows, the team is looking to develop a platform where employee engagement and overall retention and performance can be tracked. As a Sales Engagement Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with leading call center professionals to identify and understand common trends in the call center. You will develop incentive plans that will drive employee performance and will partner with other departments to meet sales goals. REWARDS: $20/HR paid weekly This position is non-exempt. You will be compensated for overtime hours worked. Supportive management and ample opportunity for advancement Opportunity to work part-time or full-time REQUIREMENTS: This is an in-office role. You will be required to work full-time in the Naperville office Minimum of 1 years--- experience developing and tracking ROI on sales incentives in a call center setting. Experience developing and training refresher courses Experience using CRM systems High School Diploma or GED Required A 10-panel drug screening and comprehensive background check will be required upon offer RESPONISBILITIES: Develop sales/retention incentives to drive performance and meet sales goals Roll out plan and keep engagement throughout each plan Track progress on sales/retention incentive Provide updates to representatives and leadership on progress and results Track ROI of incentives --- determine gain or loss from each plan Manage and monitor yearly budget Provide regular reporting of performance Build relationships and collaborate with other departments INDC3 Company Description Emerge is a growing search and staffing firm dedicated to outstanding customer service and client delivery.
