Job Description:

*Summary/Objective*The Sales and Delivery Analyst acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of all ampliFI's products, services, and technical capabilities understanding the necessary positioning, technology, data analysis and insights, financial performance, and analytics requirements to support New Client Sales efforts, Internal Client retention and cross-sell efforts, and supports the client-facing team as necessary. The Sales and Delivery Analyst also supports the functions necessary of the New Client and Internal Sales Teams throughout the Sales and Retention Lifecycle. A successful candidate has proven product and technical acumen in the loyalty processing environment and must also be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, consulting through data analytics and financial performance, as well as possessing an exemplary record of collaboration with both internal and external clients.*Essential Functions & Responsibilities** Prepare and deliver accurate and timely answers to RFP proposals and client requests as well as executive summaries* Responsible for product demos for new and existing clients on any ampliFI product/platform and communicate value of ampliFI products/solutions, technology infrastructure and requirements* Maintain knowledge across all the ampliFI technology processing platform and Value-Added Services.* Liaison on technical requirements between ampliFI departments and identifying gaps with current product offering to client requests* Act as the liaison between internal departments to relay client/prospect requirements if they differ from existing product offerings* Support and act as liaison for escalations and act as internal sales SME on initiatives on behalf of client-facing teams.* Strategically align clients and internal teams to ensure ampliFI's products and services meet objectives and maximize consumer engagement.* Evaluate and understand market intelligence that may impact ampliFI's product offering or sales approach and report significant industry insights accordingly.* Assist and Lead with educating the client-facing teams on any new trends or solution sets.* Assist with client ideation, pre-qualification sessions, and white boarding sessions, including research and documentation.* Manage and improve sales and marketing materials, presentations, executive summaries, contracts, and RFP processes* Perform other duties as assigned.*Competencies** Exceptional written and verbal/presentation communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of management.* Exceptional ability to manage & foster internal and external resources and cross-functional relationships.* B2B Customer service experience* Strong collaborator* Self-learner* Organization skills and attention to detail* Data analysis and management* Planning & scheduling skills* Creative, flexible, and innovative team player* Problem solving* Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in an environment synonymous with change.* Proactive* PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel skills* Salesforce knowledge is a plus* Creative, flexible, and innovative individual contributor* Being self-motivated*Required Education and Experience** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience* Minimum of 2 years of related experience in financial services industry; payments experience is a plus* Minimum of 3-5 years of loyalty program experience is a plus* Minimum of 2 years in external or internal sales environment*Preferred Experience** Loyalty / rewards knowledge* Card payments and / or issuing experience* Financial Services and Payments experience* Sales support experience*Work Environment** This role can be remote.* This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.*Physical Demands*The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.* Occasional light lifting is required.*Travel** Occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected*Other Duties*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
