Mobile Generation Retail Sales Representative - We offer unlimited earning potential, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth.

We need an outgoing full-time Sales Associate with a focus on great customer service to join our sales team. This is a commissioned sales position. We are looking for winners who love the latest technology and are looking for a career with growth potential.

Compensation: $53,000 - $65,000 annually

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of Retail Sales experience preferred
      
    • Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
      
    • Ability to work in a competitive team environment
      
    • Attention to detail
      
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
      
      Responsibilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Assist new and existing customers.
        
      • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
        
      • Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
        
      • Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
        
      • Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
        
        The Location: Mobile Generation currently operates 28 retail stores across IL, IN, & WI
