Job Description:

Ideal candidate will have excellent people skills in order to provide sales information and follow ups with existing and prospective customers. Heavy customer service. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in working in a fast paced environment, and has an aptitude to learn extensive product information. This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problemsRole:

• Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries
• Answer phones while handling customer inquiries and sales support
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Attend sales meetings with staff
• Quoting, up selling -and building interpersonal relationships with customers -Requirements:
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good memory for the products
