Job Description:
AmplifyHR, a leader in custom HR solutions, seeks a dynamic PEO
Sales Representative to join our thriving team. This role focuses
on promoting our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services,
which allow businesses to outsource key HR functions including
payroll, employee benefits, and compliance. As a PEO Sales
Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our
client base by identifying potential clients and demonstrating how
our services can streamline their HR operations and enhance their
overall productivity. Identify and target potential clients within
specific industries to promote PEO services. Deliver presentations
and demonstrations highlighting the advantages of PEO solutions in
meeting potential client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals
to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
client relationships. Stay abreast of industry trends and
legislative changes that impact HR functions. Collaborate with
marketing and product teams to refine services based on market
feedback. Ensure a seamless transition for new clients to our PEO
services through effective coordination with our client service
teams. Strong understanding of HR functions and services Proven
sales expertise, particularly in consultative and solution-based
selling Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
effectively Strong analytical skills to identify trends and
challenges Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified
Professional (SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Certified Professional Employer
Specialist (CPES) desirable.
