This role focuses on expanding our client base by strategically selling insurance products crafted to meet diverse client needs while leveraging the latest technological tools provided by our firm. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationships and possess a deep understanding of insurance products, combined with a passion for driving technology-forward solutions in the insurance market. Identify and target potential new clients within the insurance sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups. Present, promote, and sell insurance products using solid arguments and tech-enhanced presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize the quality of service. Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports to capture new opportunities. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the insurance industry. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
