At Clean Harbors, as a Senior Sales and Service Representative in the Safety and Security Department, you will handle the peddling of our industry-leading environmental services while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role focuses on boosting our portfolio through client acumen and adept service offerings, specifically in hazardous waste disposal, emergency response, and industrial cleaning. The candidate will be instrumental in fostering sustainable and secure solutions and maintaining compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify and target potential sales opportunities within the environmental and industrial sector Provide expert knowledge on environmental regulations and safety protocols Coordinate with operations for service scheduling and customer support Conduct presentations and training for clients on environmental compliance and safety Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on market situations and company offerings Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations Proficient in CRM and data management software Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and relay complex regulations In-depth knowledge of environmental services and safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification Professional Sales Certification (optional but preferred)
